At Pallu Pallu, we ship hand-woven sarees with care from our base in Varanasi to homes across India.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather delays.
Shipping Charges
- 🚚 Free shipping on all orders — no minimum, no exceptions
- 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available across India at zero additional charges
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime by clicking Track Your Order in our website footer.
Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted Indian logistics partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket. The carrier is chosen based on the fastest available service to your pin code.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside India. International orders may be available on request — email Pallupallu.in@gmail.com for custom orders.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at Pallupallu.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 91408 98550. We'll replace or refund — no questions asked.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect orders once they've been dispatched.
